Who we are
ServiceHub is a booking platform for local services in Vietnam. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, phone, city and language), booking details, reviews you write, messages you send through the app, and basic technical data such as device type and pages viewed.
How we use it
To create your account, confirm and remind you about bookings, connect you with the business you booked, send service emails, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the app.
Sharing
When you book, the business you booked receives the details it needs to serve you. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never store your full card number. We do not sell your personal data.
Emails
Booking confirmations, reminders and account notices are service emails. Marketing emails always include an unsubscribe link.
Your choices
You can update your profile at any time, ask us to delete your account, or request a copy of your data by contacting us.
