Using ServiceHub
ServiceHub connects customers with local service businesses in Vietnam. You must give accurate information and use the app lawfully and respectfully.
Bookings
A booking is an agreement between you and the business. The business delivers the service and sets its own prices, cancellation rules and opening hours. Please cancel in advance if your plans change.
Businesses and subscriptions
Business listings start with a free trial. After the trial, the plan you chose renews automatically until you cancel. We charge no commission on bookings. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing and for serving customers who book through the app.
Event tickets
Event tickets are sold for the event stated at checkout. Unless the event page says otherwise, tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another guest.
Reviews
Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. We remove reviews that are fake, abusive, or contain personal data about other people.
Liability
ServiceHub is a platform, not the provider of the services listed. We are not responsible for the quality of a service performed by a business, though we will help resolve disputes where we can.
